Built using the Joomla Content Management System, Ektec Systems Customer Portal 2.5 offers our customers self-service portal.

The portal will enable effective communication between us ane are customers. You will notice that sales and service personnel are better informeall and their actions are better co-ordinated.

With the addition of the Customer Portal, or support will move to the next level - as our customers are now able to collaborate directly with us. With 24/7 self-service customer access to sales and service. The key capabilities of the Customer Portal 2.5 include:

  • Support for customer requests for login credentials, and customer updating of their own name and address details, as well as their access password;
  • Support for the creation of a secure online information resource area for all your customers with login credentials, including support for file downloads;
  • Support for customer creation, update, and status check of support Cases, and Software Bugs;
    Support for customer self-registration for Marketing Events;
  • Support for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs);
  • Support for accessing and searching a Knowledge Base;
  • Support for participation in customer forums;
  • Customer self-service access to historical Invoice and Payment information;
  • Support for customer collaboration in shared Project information websites (extranets). Projects show contact information for all participants, list all project tasks showing completion percentage and due date, and provide access to all project documents.
